(More customer reviews)I managed to get this set up in little over an hour working alone. Would sure be easier with two people. The instructions are pretty well detailed and easy to follow. The finished product looks great and is perfect for a memory foam or foam mattress requiring a flat surface (no slats). Extremely cheap bed for the price considering that you dont have to invest in a bed skirt and a bed frame separately. Extremely heavy so you won't want to pick this up alone. Bit difficult even with two people if you need to heave it up and down stairs. I live in a third floor apartment so we found it easier to just unpack it downstairs and carry the pieces up.
