(More customer reviews)I purchased this bed frame with a mattress from the same company.I am happy with the mattress, the frame is a disaster.When I unpacked the box, there were cut zip ties, empty plastic bags, loose cardboard, and loose screws floating around in the box.I figured it had been unpacked, repacked and sent out again.All the parts seemed to be there so I proceeded in putting the frame together.I did not get past step one.The parts and directions did not match!This bed was impossible to assemble with the parts and directions that were given.I decided to give the product/company another chance and asked for a replacement.BIG MISTAKE!It was the same exact situation from the destroyed box, to the poor directions.Bottom line... don't bother with this frame.
